The fee includes participation in conference proceedings, conference materials, conference meals (coffee breaks, lunch)

Meeting opt-out conditions:
1. The Participant has the right to resign from participation in the Conference and obtain a refund of the costs incurred in the amount of 100% of the amount paid in the event of submitting a resignation not later than 14 days before the scheduled date of the Event.
2. If a resignation is submitted within 13 to 5 days before the date of the Conference, the Participant shall receive a refund of the costs incurred in the amount of 50% of the amount paid.
3. If the resignation is submitted less than 5 days before the conference – the fee is not refunded.

Guidelines for abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted online. The official language is English. Authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will be expected to attend the meeting and make their presentation. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be emailed to authors.

Abstract preparation

Eligibility

All material submitted must be original and the data should not have been published or presented.

Ethics

Evidence of ethical approval must be included in abstracts involving animal or human studies. There may be exceptions; the rules of the Institutional Ethics Review Board should be followed for retrospective studies.

Regular abstracts should be structured in four parts:

  • Aim of the study
  • Methods
  • Main results
  • Conclusions

Case reports should be structured in three parts:

  • Aim of the study
  • Case description
  • Conclusions

Each abstract should be limited to a maximum of 250 words. Only one table or figure can be included. Abstract can be prepared in Word (or any other text editor).
